This application comprises user friendly data entry module for processing and cataloguing of various types of documents such as books, mission reports, research reports, proceedings, periodicals, articles in periodical or proceeding, standards, studies, translations, off prints, audiovisual and cartographic documents. Various data entry worksheets are used for documents recording. Data entry module offers direct data transfer from supporting databases. Such function unifies data entry of several fields, such as role of author, type of document, type of publication, document language, country etc. Data entry module supports linkage to thesaurus for direct descriptor transfer to appropriate field. Search module comprises user friendly interface supporting integrated retrieval according to selected criteria such as author, descriptors in English and Slovak, UDC, date of publication, country, language, type of document, documents title, book mark and standards identifier. Price for ADEMIS-K includes software product ADEMIS and Library Catalog application. Price does not cover changes in data entry worksheets, design of new worksheets according to user requirements or conversion of retrospective data. Thesaurus conversion for linkage to data entry module price as well price for conversion of retrospective data have to be negotiated. Prices for other adoptions are in the price list.

This application comprises above described Library Catalog Module and Library Loan System. Library Loan System supports loans, users and institutions registration. Each loan is linked to library catalog and supports registration of data such as date of loan, date of expected return, name or code of user or user waiting for loan in queue. Loans retrieval is according to book mark, date of loan, data of expected return or user. User record comprises data about user as well as borrowed books. Price for ADEMIS-L includes software product ADEMIS, Library Catalog and Library Loan System applications.

This application comprises above described Library Catalog Module and Module for Acquisition of periodicals. Data entry module supports regular checking and registration of journals, newspapers or other periodical literature. Search Module IRIS offers user friendly interface for integrated retrieval of delivered or missing periodicals, retrieval according to periodical title, language, country, date of publication, mode of acquisition, date of delivery and ISSN. Price for ADEMIS-A includes software product ADEMIS, Library Catalog and Acquisition of periodicals applications.
